Phylogeny:RT Bel/Welcome

Dear colleague

Welcome to the Gypsy Database (GyDB) of mobile genetic elements. The GyDB is a long-term scientific work powered by an in-progress wiki. It is constructed with the aim to promote a world-wide community of researchers collaborating in the analysis and classification of the non-redundant diversity of mobile genetic elements and viruses inhabiting (or circulating in) living organisms.

Registration is completely free. Authors interested in improving and expanding GyDB topics can contribute with their knowledge or modify the contents by logging in the wiki. To register as a new user, please click the 'Read terms and conditions' link below. Read the terms of use of the GyDB and, if you agree with these conditions, you may join by filling a short form.

Please do not hesitate to contact the GyDB team if you have further questions regarding this project.
